You can use ln command to create symbolic Links:

$ ln -s <TARGET> <LINKNAME>

How to create Symbolic Links to a file

$ ln -s /path/to/file /path/to/symlink

How to create Symbolic Links to a folder

$ ln -s /path/to/folder /path/to/symlink
